We have our first update of the week on Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and his potential injury.
In the Bills’ 20-17 Week 9 loss to the New York Jets, Allen appeared to suffer an elbow or arm injury late when pass rusher Bryce Hall forced a fumble. The QB gestured with his throwing arm but went on to downplay the situation.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Allen is going to be limited in practice during this upcoming week. In Week 10, the Bills (6-2) host the Minnesota Vikings (7-1):
#Bills QB Josh Allen is likely to be limited this week because of an elbow injury suffered late in Sunday’s loss but as of now it’s considered a situation to monitor rather than an ailment that would keep him out of the game, sources say. He’s still undergoing tests to be sure.

In classic Bills fashion during the watch of head coach Sean McDermott, the update is a bit mixed.
On the plus side, Allen’s situation was called something that would currently not keep him out of that upcoming contest.
Then again, being limited in practice isn’t the best thing, either.
McDermott will take part in his weekly Monday press conference later during the afternoon. The word from this will probably be more of the same.
Buffalo will likely have to wait and see how Allen progresses on the injury report as the week rolls on.
