Matthew Pouliot had James Karinchak 1. The composite ranking was 6.5.

I get why everyone is hesitant to make the guy with one career save the top closer on the board, but Karinchak looks like the best bet out there to me. He was practically unhittable as a rookie, striking out 53 batters in 27 innings as the eighth-inning guy in Cleveland. He is wild, but, hey, it takes four walks to plate a run. Karinchak also gets a boost from his club; good teams that don’t score many runs tend to produce the most save opportunities. It’s that combination that allowed Brad Hand to lead the majors with 16 saves last year. His replacement could pull off the same trick in 2021. – Matthew Pouliot (@matthewpouliot)
