Get hyped, because the Washington Redskins just released this year's lineup of custom kicks for the My Cause My Cleats campaign.
Custom cleats have become a really fun way for NFL players to express themselves, but players were restricted to wearing them for practice only until the NFL started the charity campaign in 2016. Once a year, players highlight important charities and causes with custom game-worn cleats that are auctioned off online. 100 percent of the funds to go to the causes associated with the cleats.
The Redskins posted a photo gallery of this year's cleats, showing off this year's 23 pairs of custom cleats.
Rookie QB Dwayne Haskins and defensive end Matt Ioannidis will be supporting Wolf Trap Animal Rescue, a local animal rescue organization.
Redskins teammates Montez Sweat, Deshazor Everett and Steven Sims Jr. will all sport cleats promoting the Brem Foundation, which is based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and dedicated to fighting breast cancer.
The Redskins will be wearing the custom cleats in a Week 14 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
