Ron Rivera came to the Redskins with the mission of overhauling the culture, and in a short amount of time, he certainly overhauled the coaching staff.
The Redskins announced a number of official coaching changes on Wednesday and outside of special teams coach Nate Kazcor and running backs coach Randy Jordan, every other position comes with a new name. That's significant turnover, but for a team that hasn't made the playoffs since 2015 and hasn't won a playoff game in more than a decade, significant change is not necessarily a bad thing.

The new assistants join a staff that already installed Jack Del Rio as defensive coordinator and Scott Turner as offensive coordinator.
If Ron Rivera made this many changes to the coaching staff, imagine what he might do to the actual roster when the new league year opens in March.
