Recap: Rachel Garcia superb on the mound and the batter's box as No. 2 UCLA defeats No. 4 Washington, 6-1

Pac-12 Networks' Danny J. Lee and Natasha Watley breakdown the action from No. 2 UCLA's 6-1 triumph over No. 4 Washington on Friday night in game one of the much anticipated series. Rachel Garcia did it all for the Bruins. The right hander pitched a complete game to pick up her 8th win of the season, while also going 1-for-2 with double and a walk at the plate. She did not allow an earned run in seven innings to lower her ERA to a minuscule 0.36. Garcia got help on offense from Briana Perez, who hit three-run homer, and Aaliyah Jordan, who belted a solo shot.
