Ravens WR coach Tee Martin passed over for Colts’ OC job

The Baltimore Ravens have seen plenty of coaches leave for other opportunities over the course of their franchise history due to the work that they put in and the success that they have within the organization. Other teams view Baltimore as a high-level organization, so adding Ravens coaches has been common-practice over the years.

Baltimore wide receivers coach Tee Martin was requested to interview for the Indianapolis Colts’ vacant offensive coordinator position following a shake-up to their staff. However, Indianapolis went in a different direction, hiring Jacksonville Jaguars’ pass-game coordinator Jim Bob Cooter for the opening instead under new head coach Shane Steichen.
