Ranking the Heisman candidates after Week 8
Kenny Pickett establishes himself as legitimate contender

Bryce Young and Matt Corral are 1A and 1B, respectively, in this year’s Heisman Trophy race right now, but Pittsburgh quarterback Kenny Pickett is making a serious case to enter the conversation as a candidate to take home the trophy.
Pickett led Pittsburgh to a win over Clemson on Saturday and if the Panthers can win out with Pickett leading the way, he will be near the top of the list of contenders along with Corral and Young. It will take a lot to usurp either of those signal-callers, but Pickett is pushing harder than anyone to do so.
