Ranking all 32 teams (including the Seahawks) by salary cap space after free agency

The Seattle Seahawks have a desperate need to fill out the interior of their offensive line ahead of the 2024 season. Most of that work will likely have to take place during the draft. However, the team is reportedly interested in a couple of veterans who would be able to fill their massive hole at left guard. Unfortunately, we can’t all get what we want and right now Seattle doesn’t have the cash on hand to make competitive offers to basically anybody. While technically the Seahawks have a little over $2 million to spend, the number that matters is their effective cap room, which counts what it will cost to sign their draft class. Going by that figure, the picture is pretty bleak.

Let’s see how all 32 teams rank in effective cap space, per Over the Cap.
