Fox and Panarin will join goalie Igor Shesterkin, who was named to the initial roster earlier this month.
Fox has been a rock alongside Ryan Lindgren on New York’s top defensive pairing. He’s easily been one of the best defensemen in hockey. This is his second-consecutive season being named to the All-Star game.
Among defenders, the Jericho, New York native is tied for third in assists (36), fourth in points (45), tied for seventh in goals (9), and tied for first with four game-winning goals. Fox has recorded a point in 31 of his 45 games this season and has 10 multi-point games.
This will also be Panarin’s second All-Star game appearance of his career.
The "Bread-Man" leads the Rangers with 47 points and ranks second on the team with 35 assists. He’s been a terrific contributor on the teams top power play unit, with 18 of his points coming with a man advantage.
The 2023 NHL All-Star weekend will take place on Feb. 3 and 4 in Florida. The Skills Competition will be on Friday and the All-Star game will be on Saturday.
