Jon Rahm is a betting favorite on the PGA Tour for the second straight week, although this time he'll play a little closer to home.

The former Arizona State standout has a long history at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, often donning a Sun Devil jersey while hitting his tee shot on the famed par-3 16th. The crowds won't be the same this week, but Rahm will once again start out the week as the man to beat, looking to win an event where he has finished T-16 or better each of the last five years. The Spaniard was favored last week at Torrey Pines and ultimately tied for seventh.

Close behind Rahm is Justin Thomas, who has finished third here each of the last two years, and Xander Schauffele, who has never been worse than T-17 at this event in three prior appearances. Rory McIlroy is making his tournament debut at TPC Scottsdale and is listed behind those three but ahead of last year's winner, Webb Simpson.

This week marks the debut of NBC Sports Edge BetCast, a fully betting-centric second-screen experience airing on Peacock every round with live odds powered by PointsBet Sportsbook.

Here's a look at some of the notable early-week odds to win this week's Tour stop in the Arizona desert:
