'I can promise fans we want to get the club as high as possible'
Goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos has promised Nottingham Forest fans that everyone at the club is united in progressing as high as they can.
The 29-year-old has featured twice for Steve Cooper's side since arriving from Benfica in September.
Speaking to BBC East Midlands Today, Vlachodimos said he likes what he has seen so far: "I really like the atmosphere in the stadium and how it goes with the game. Very simply, like when they celebrate a tackle. Also, to hear the fans sing before game is very nice. It is amazing.
"I’m totally focused and I am very happy. It was a very easy decision to come.
"I can promise fans and I can speak for every player and for all the staff that we want to get the club as high as possible. I don’t want to say where we will be, but the ambitions are high.
"We have a very good and a very talented team. We have a very good, family atmosphere in the club and dressing room. Everybody helps each other.
"When you come to a new club, you don’t know many players, but it was quite easy to adapt and everybody came to help me. It was very easy for me and very nice to be in that team."
