Procter & Gamble near flat line, Sony pushing higher, Sanofi up slightly

Let’s check out the Yahoo Finance charts of the day.

Procter & Gamble (PG): Shares are down in early trade, around .01%.  The consumer products giant posted revenue that fell short of forecasts as the company posted weaker than expected organic sales growth.

Sony (SNE): Shares up here, around 3.2%.  The company posted record quarterly operating profit with strong video-game software sales. Profit of the company was $1.75 billion, up 23.7 percent from a year earlier.

Sanofi (SNY): Shares up here, around .54%.  The French pharma giant reported better-than-expected profit with strong sales growth in the rare diseases business of the drugmaker’s Genzyme unit.
