MATT HARMON: What do you got for Monday Night, Ariel?

ARIEL EPSTEIN: Monday Night Football, it was taking too long for the book to even give us some props. Finally woke up, 7:00 AM this morning here on the East Coast, and saw numbers out. The one that stood out the most to me was the Eagles quarterback, Jalen Hurts, and his rushing yards. I'm going to take the under, 39 and 1/2 rush yards for Hurts.

Why should he run? He doesn't need to. This team is 11 and one half point favorites over Washington. A team in the Commanders that, by the way, doesn't even allow for that many rushing yards to quarterbacks. They're actually one of the top 10 in the league in regards to limiting quarterbacks on the ground game.

Hurts isn't going to need to run. He's been a double digit favorite the last two weeks and didn't have more than 23 rushing yards in either of those games. Same thing is going to happen against Washington. Under 39 and 1/2 rush yards four Hurts.

MATT HARMON: Yeah, I like the way that all ties in together with the fact that Philly should be able to control this game with Miles Sanders. They can easily just get over on Washington through the air. I agree, Hurts probably won't have to do that, that much as they're rushing. 39 and 1/2 is pretty big line there.
