Greater Beckley Christian 50, Mercer Christian 47

Greater Beckley Christian trailed by two going into the fourth quarter but came out with a 50-47 win over Mercer Christian.

Keegan Davidson led the Crusaders with 13 points and Aaron Hall had 10.

Mercer got a game-high 22 from M.J. Patton. Eli Patton added 12.

Summers County 80,

Liberty 39

Brandan Isaac had 28 points, six steals and five rebounds as Summers County defeated Liberty 80-39.

Ayden Plumley added 21 points for the Bobcats (5-4). Ryan Oliveros had eight assists and nine steals, while Robey Brown had eight assists and five steals.

Jadon Acord led Liberty with 24 points.

Greenbrier West 70,

Pocahontas County 47

Braydon McClung's 22 points paced Greenbrier West in a 70-47 victory over Pocahontas County.

Tanner Hagy added 13, Isaac Agee 12 and Chris Davis 11 for the Cavaliers.

The Warriors got 18 from Dillon Dunz and 10 from Matthew McQuain.

Westside 64, Nicholas County 63, OT

Nicholas County fought back from a seven-point deficit to force overtime but fell 64-63 to Westside.

Westside got 26 points from Austin Bishop. Brayden French added 15 and Bryson Blankenship 12.

The Grizzlies' Trey Stump matched Bishop with 26 points. Ethan Collins added 14.

Webster County 61,

Trinity Christian 59

Logan Leichliter's shot with seven seconds remaining gave Class A No. 4 Webster County a 61-59 win over Class AA No. 8 Trinity Christian.

Rayden Triplett finished with 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Highlanders. Riley Clevenger added 16 points and nine rebounds, and Leichliter scored 14.

Zac McCourt grabbed 10 boards.

Carter Hartsock and Chayce Adkins scored 24 and 22, respectively, for Trinity.


Greenbrier East 54,

Hurricane 46

Kennedy Stewart had 13 points, eight rebounds and four assists as Class AAAA No. 9 Greenbrier East defeated Hurricane 54-46 for its eighth straight win.

Mackenna McClure also scored 13 points to go with seven rebounds. Hanna Fuller scored 10.

River View 43,

Meadow Bridge 27

Chasity Kennedy scored a game-high 17 points as River View defeated host Meadow Bridge 43-27.

Abigail Pritt added 13 for the Raiders.

Meadow Bridge (9-5) got 10 points from Kierston Rozell.

Victory Baptist 44, Morgantown Christian 21

Victory Baptist ran its winning streak to four with a 44-21 verdict over Morgantown Christian.

Jada O'Neal and Kaydan Mooney both scored 11 for the Saints (7-9). Grace Ward added 10.

Morgantown got 12 from Mallory Hartley.
