Although several big names have already moved during the summer transfer window, there are still plenty of moves to come.
Here is the latest news from the Premier League:
Aston Villa: After coming over to Aston Villa on loan this past season, defender Tyrone Mings is there to stay. The club announced the permanent signing of the center-back from Bournemouth for a fee expected to be over €20 million.
Burnley: The Clarets have made their first signing of the summer, adding left-back Erik Pieters from Stoke City on a fee of just €1 million. Pieters was once the main anchor of the Stoke City defense, but fell out of favor under their new manager and spent the last half of the 2018-19 season on loan at Amiens SC in France.
Leicester City: Leicester's big summer spending continued on Monday, permanently signing midfielder Youri Tielemans for a club-record fee of €40 million. The 22-year-old came to Leicester in January on loan from AS Monaco, where he had been since 2017. The club has now spent over €100 million during this transfer window.
West Ham United: After threatening to go on strike should West Ham not sell him, forward Marko Arnautovic will finally get his wish. The 30-year-old is set for a move to the Chinese Super League, and will sign with Shanghai SIPG next week.
Liverpool: The Reds received good news this week, as midfielder Naby Keita is expected to be ready for pre-season, despite Keita suffering a setback to a groin injury during the Africa Cup of Nations. The 24-year-old initially was injured in May, and missed the remainder of Liverpool's Champions League run.
Chelsea: After joining La Liga's Atletico Madrid on loan in January, striker Alvaro Morata has signed a permanent deal with the club, leaving Stamford Bridge for good. Morata returns to Spain, where he has to previous stints, 2010-2014 and 2016-17, with Real Madrid.
