The Prayer in Jordan-Hare was eight years ago today
Every Auburn fan remembers where they were eight years ago when they watched history happen against the Georgia Bulldogs.
Nick Marshall threw the ball up to a covered Ricardo Louis on fourth down. After the ball was tipped around, it somehow fell into Louis’ arms and allowed Auburn to secure the go-ahead touchdown.
The Tigers would win 43-38 on that Saturday night.
The SEC Network gave some love to the history play on Twitter this morning.
Eight years. It’s crazy to think how much has changed throughout the Auburn football program since then.
