Let’s focus in on the Houston part of the trade and how this shakes up the Western Conference and Portland Trail Blazers.
Houston’s roster now features a ‘Big 3’ of Oladipo, John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins.
The Portland Trail Blazers will face this new-look Houston Rockets team on Thursday, January 28 in Houston, Texas.
Now for the Eastern Conference.
Caris LeVert and the Indiana Pacers come to town to face Portland on Thursday, January 14. It will be the second night of a back-to-back for the Trail Blazers.
Portland will face Jarrett Allen, Taurean Prince the new-look Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, February 12 on the second night of a back-to-back at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.
And then, the Blazers will likely face the Brooklyn Nets - featuring Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, James Harden and DeAndre Jordan - in the second half of the NBA season. That part of the schedule has yet to be released at the time of this article.
