Jason Quick of The Athletic reports it's a two-year minimum worth $898,310 for 2020-21 and $1,517,981 in 21-22.

As a freshman, he shot 41.4% from three on four attempts a game. That number cratered to 33.9% on 6.8 attempts per game as a sophomore, as he took on a larger offensive load and endured some streaky shooting. Elleby took some poor shots as his role grew and he will need to dial that back in the NBA.

However, in Portland, he won't be asked to do more than space the floor and knock down shots. The Trail Blazers clearly have a type in the second round after drafting Allen Crabbe, Jake Layman, Pat Connaughton, and Gary Trent Jr. All of those players developed into valuable, rotation players by the end of their rookie contracts.

Portland trusts its developmental staff and clearly sees Elleby as the next in line. In fact, Elleby stated the Blazers were his preferred destination due to the team's ability to develop second-round picks to rotation players.

It'll be exciting to watch Elleby develop in a Trail Blazers uniform.
