Playoff college fantasy football sleepers for Week 12

Congratulations if you made the playoffs in your college fantasy football league. That means your team is pretty good. If you’re unhappy with your matchups this week with a few of the players on your roster, here are some widely available players to consider.

Kylin Hill, RB, Mississippi State: If you’re in the playoffs of your league, first off, congratulations. Secondly, it’s going to be hard to find guys available who you’ll want to start over your regular starters. Hill could be one of them. Mississippi State plays Arkansas on Saturday and Arkansas has allowed over two rushing touchdowns per game so far this season.

Pooka Williams, RB, Kansas: The Kansas running back is widely available and is facing an Oklahoma defense that hasn’t shown many signs of improvement after Mike Stoops’ firing. Williams is averaging nearly six yards a carry and also has 30 catches through nine games. A receiving touchdown isn’t out of the question at all on Saturday.

Kalija Lipscomb, WR, and Ke’Shawn Vaughn, RB, Vanderbilt: Ole Miss’ defense is allowing 284 yards a game through the air and nearly 500 yards per game overall. That’s good news for Lipscomb and Vaughn, who scored two touchdowns against Missouri a week ago. Lipscomb has 66 catches through the first 10 games of the season and is averaging about 14 points per game. Vaughn has rushed for 849 yards this season and has nine rushing touchdowns.

Florida and South Carolina’s defenses: Both teams face FCS opponents as they prepare for rivalry games in Week 13. Florida — one of the nation’s best at creating turnovers — plays Idaho while South Carolina gets Chattanooga. FCS matchups are always a good risk for the chance of a defensive or special teams touchdown so if you’re not committed with a defense like Alabama’s, you should look to play a better matchup.
