To help you out, here are the eight questions for Thursday's NBA games, along with my breakdown and picks.

#1 MOST POINTS BY A PLAYER

Joel Embiid, Trae Young, Devin Booker, Nikola Jokic or Michael Porter Jr.

This is a challenging field, with the first four names being the best bets to lead all that players in scoring. My bet will be on Joel Embiid, who scored 39 and 40 points in Games 1 and 2 of this series. Even if he goes for 30 or 35, there is a good chance Embiid leads the bunch.

My Pick: Joel Embiid Most Points

#2 76ERS 3-POINTERS VS. HAWKS

0-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-15 or 16+

The 76ers made 10 and 12 three-pointers in the first two games of this series, but they do not shoot as well on the road. During the regular season, the 76ers made 12.3 triples at home compared to 10.3 on the road, ranking 26th. I will take fewer triples this time around.

My Pick: 76ers 8-9 Three-Pointers

#3 76ERS ASSISTS VS. HAWKS

0-19, 20-23, 24-25, 26-27 or 28+

During the postseason, the 76ers have led the league in assists per game with 26.7. On the road, they lead with 26.0 per game as well. I will take a few less due to the intensity of Game 3 and their first true road test of the postseason.

My Pick: 76ers 20-23 Assists

#4 76ERS REBOUNDS VS. HAWKS

0-38, 39-42, 43-45, 46-50 or 51+

Clint Capela has been in foul trouble with five apiece in the first two games, giving the 76ers the rebounding edge. However, in the last two games, Philly has only averaged 39.0 boards per game. I expect more missed shots in Game 3, so I will ride with 43-45 rebounds.

My Pick: 76ers 43-45 Rebounds

#5 TOTAL POINTS: 76ERS VS. HAWKS

1-214, 215-227, 228-233, 234-241 or 242+

The two teams have combined for plenty of points through two games with 220 and 252 points. I expect a median number here and I will settle with 228-233 as I like the chances of both teams hitting 110-plus points.

My Pick: 228-233 Total Points

#6 NUGGETS POINTS VS. SUNS

0-101, 102-108, 109-118, 119-122 or 123+

The Nuggets need a major bounce-back performance here and if Nikola Jokic does not score 30 points, Denver may not score 100-plus points. I will settle with 102-108 as this should be another low-scoring affair.

My Pick: 102-108 Nuggets Points

#7 76ERS VS. HAWKS: WINNER AND MARGIN OF VICTORY

76ers or Hawks? 1-2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 or 11+

The 76ers looked like themselves in Game 2 and the defense they played on Trae Young proved to be the difference-maker. I will have to settle with the 76ers, this time in a closer outing.

My Pick: 76ers to win by 5-6 Points

#8 SUNS VS. NUGGETS: WINNER AND MARGIN OF VICTORY

Suns or Nuggets? 1-2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 or 11+

The Suns are up 2-0 and playing tremendous defense, not to mention playing off of Chris Paul. I have to side with the Suns again but expect the Nuggets to put up a fight. Phoenix has won by 23 and 25 points in the first two games, but I expect a little regression game from the Suns here.

My Pick: Suns win by 1-2 Points
