Woman crush Wednesday - Fernanda Colombo Uliana

#WCW is a social media trend that stands for woman crush Wednesday. Every Wednesday people post about their woman crush, so we have decided to jump on the bandwagon. This week we would like to salute our Yahoo Sports woman crush by showcasing assistant soccer referee, Fernanda Colombo Uliana.

Uliana became an internet sensation after officiating the Brazilian Cup match between Sao Paolo and CRB this week. The 25-year-old assistant referee has been granted FIFA official status, a feat that hasn’t been achieved by too many women. Since the World Cup is just around the corner and this woman is breaking gender barriers, it’s a no-brainer that Uliana is our woman crush this week.
