This month the world's top 32 national teams will gather in Brazil to compete for international soccer's greatest prize: the World Cup. To correspond with the 32 teams in the tournament, we've compiled a shortlist of 32 of the most exciting players we can look forward to seeing in action this summer.

Uruguay striker Luis Suarez has undergone keyhole surgery on his knee and is expected to recover in time for the World Cup.
