Landon Donovan

Landon Donovan tried to don some sunglasses that were thrown at him by angry El Salvador fans, but the sideline referee was having none of it. Donovan had plenty reason to be in a joking mood. The U.S. was dominant throughout the Gold Cup quarterfinal clash, routing El Salvador 5-1 thanks to three assists and one goal from the Galaxy veteran.
