Design your phone yourself, out of about two thousand possible combinations! Design it online, and book. The company assembles it and delivers to you in four days. That is what Motorola, now owned by Google, claims about its new launch
the Moto X. The Moto X is Motorola's first smartphone made after Google's acquiring it two years ago.
Moto X--Personalization is the highlight Key highlights: battery that lasts all day, camera that clicks in minimal time and gives great photos, user experience that responds to voice so that there is no need to touch, custom design to make it your personality statement Moto X--PERSONALITY STATEMENT Motorola is also offering users over 2,000 customization options where they can choose the back panel (there’s a wooden option too), the accents, engraving and much more. PROCESSORS Moto X is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor that has two dual-core 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Processors, a quad-core Adreno 320 GPU and two custom processors -- one for natural language and the other for contextual computing. PROCESSORS One is dedicated to the voice message “OK Google Now” command to launch Google Now for touchless control. The other keeps track of the phone’s motion and decides when to turn on the camera and when to display screen info. This has a focus on battery life. The two low-power processors take care of the more routine and more frequent tasks without wasting energy to light up the whole screen. The main processor is turned on only for tasks that need more processing power. PROCESSORS The voice command “OK Google Now” wakes up the phone and will initiate Google Now even while in sleep mode. Also when the user picks up or takes it out from the pocket the phone wakes up and displays time and notification icons. CAMERA The camera, which Motorola claims enables the users to click a photo from the lock screen in the shortest time when compared to rival smartphones. A flick of the wrist signals the phone that a user wants to click a photo and turns on the camera automatically. Motorola is touting a 10-megapixel Clear Pixel (RGBC) camera, which it claims takes better low-light photographs. There is a 2-megapixel front facing camera too.
