Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill graduated cum laude from Texas A&M with a degree in Biology. He has stated that one day he hopes to attend medical school.

Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III graduated from Baylor with a 3.67 GPA and managed to do so in only three years.

Cavaliers rookie Carrick Felix not only got his Bachelor's degree but he also completed his Masters degree with a 3.50 GPA from ASU.
