Best (and worst) hair of the World Cup - a family album

The soccer world is one big family, right? A family decorates its home with photos - some fetching and some downright embarrassing. To contemplate the coifs of the players competing in Brazil this summer is to come face to face with some world-class hair. But alas, not every player has the fashion sense of a David Beckham. These unfortunate players beg the question: who's this guy's stylist?

Kyle Beckerman - USA

The U.S. midfielder is tough as nails but you wouldn’t get that by looking at him. His trademark dreadlocks suggest a Jamaican shore, with reggae in the background. We think the look suits him but worry that if anything happened to his hair, Beckerman might lose his powers. (Getty Images)

Danijel Pranjic - Croatia

Danijel Pranjić plays for Greek club Panathinaikos as well as for Croatia. Clearly, his stylist put plenty of love and care into designing this Mohawk, which is like a work of art. It’s so symmetrical and clean. It goes well with Pranjic’s bone structure. We approve. (Milos Bicanski/Getty Images)
