Large Truck: GMC Sierra
MSRP: $23,590-$49,580. Average Discount: 14.6 percent. Again, this is for model-year 2013 versions that are in the process of being replaced by redesigned 2014 editions. The new models are improved, but many buyers might be just as well off settling for one of last year’s versions at a deep discount and with substantial manufacturer’s incentives. Coming in second in the big truck category is the Sierra’s near twin, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500.

This sporty subcompact is a fun one and similar to the Ford Fiesta--as part of Mazda's Dearborn heritage (before the Mulally sell-off). Because it's already lilliputian, the 1.5L inline four-cylinnder and 100 hp complete with 90 lb-ft of torque makes this little devil feel spunky even if the specs don't let on as much.
