Penn State Nittany Lion wrestling bobblehead commemorates 12 National Championships

EYEWITNESS NEWS (WBRE/WYOU) — The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled the officially licensed, limited edition bobblehead commemoration of the Penn State Nittany Lions’ 2024 NCAA Division 1 Men’s Wrestling Championship.

On Saturday, March 23, Penn State won the National Wrestling Championship, the twelfth time in all and the eleventh time since 2011.

Penn State Wrestling won its third consecutive national title on Saturday, March 23, at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The Nittany Lions won the team title with 172.5 points, setting a new NCAA record, breaking the old mark of 170 points, set by Iowa in 1997.

The limited edition bobblehead is one of a kind as it is the first wrestling bobblehead of the Nittany Lion.

The bobblehead features an 8-inch tall, Nittany Lion wearing a Penn State wrestling single while standing on the 2024 National Wrestling Championships logo, seen below.

Each limited-edition bobblehead created will be individually numbered to only 2,024, commemorating the year the championship was won.

The bobbleheads are available for preorder at $40 each with an $8 flat-rate shipping charge, they can be purchased on the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame’s website.
