Inman, who spent 2018 with the Indianapolis Colts, reportedly inked a one-year contract with the Patriots and could fill a Chris Hogan-type role in New England's offense alongside Julian Edelman, Demaryius Thomas, Phillip Dorsett, Maurice Harris and rookie N'Keal Harry.

Ubosi, an undrafted free-agent rookie out of the University of Alabama-Birmingham, was among the roster hopefuls at receiver after signing with the Patriots on Monday, but it appears he's back on the market.

Veldheer, a nine-year NFL veteran with experience at both tackle positions, should provide depth on New England's offensive line after the departures of Trent Brown and LaAdrian Waddle. He replaces Anderson, who also was an undrafted free-agent signing out of Texas.
