The Green Bay Packers signed the first of their 11 draft picks in 2022.
The Packers and first-round pick Devonte Wyatt agreed to a rookie contract, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The deal is four years and worth $12.86 million, which is fully guaranteed. There is also a $6.5 million signing bonus and, as a first-round pick, a team option for a fifth year.
The Packers used the 28th overall pick in the 2022 draft on Wyatt, who is the first of the 32 first-round picks to sign a rookie deal.
Wyatt, 24, was an All-SEC and a second-team All-American in 2021. He was the second of Green Bay’s first-round picks, joining teammate Quay Walker, the 22nd overall pick.
