This TikToker and chef shared her brilliant money-saving recipe for making DIY wellness shots!. TikToker Carleigh Bodrug (@plantyou) recently shared how she saves money by making delicious wellness shots at home. First, she chops up celery, lemons, apples, ginger and parsley and drops them into a blender. She squeezes a generous portion of lemon juice into the blender, then adds two cups of filtered water and blends them up. Next, Bodrug pours the fresh juice through a strainer into a measuring cup.
