Gary Oldman's ex-wife is taking the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences to task following her former husband's Best Actor win on Sunday night.

Oldman won -- as expected -- for portraying Winston Churchill in "Darkest Hour" at the 90th Annual Academy Awards, and Donya Fiorentino isn't happy about it.

Fiorentino, who was Oldman's third wife and was married to the actor from 1997 to 2001, accused him of physical and emotional abuse back in 2001. She alleges that, at one point, Oldman attacked her with a telephone. Oldman has denied the allegations.

On Monday, Fiorentino shared her thoughts with TMZ on Oldman's big win.

"Congratulations, Gary and congratulations to the Academy for awarding not one but two abusers with Oscars," she told the outlet. "I thought we had evolved. What happened to the #MeToo movement?"

Fiorentino was also referring to Kobe Bryant, who won his first Oscar on Sunday night for Best Animated Short and had been accused of rape back in 2003. He was charged and brought to trial at the time, but he was never found guilty of any wrongdoing.

Sources say he settled out of court for $5 million, but TMZ reports that Bryant denies paying his accuser any money.

Fiorentino putting the Academy on blast comes after an awards season dominated by conversations around #MeToo and Time's Up, movements that aim to address and fix Hollywood's problems with sexual misconduct, inequality and power imbalances.

Gary Oldman and Donya Fiorentino share two sons, Gulliver, 20, and Charlie, 19.
