The second half of its opening game vs. Colorado State did not go well for Oregon State.

Oooooooof.
We were believers in a potential 6-6 season for Oregon State, but it’s hard to think that now. Week 1 snap judgments are useless, but the Beavers needed this game by virtue of playing in a loaded Pac-12 North.
If you’re looking for other snap judgments about Week 1, expect a lot of love for Colorado State as Mountain West champions and the possible Group of Five representative in the New Year’s Six bowl games.
