Oregon State Men’s Basketball pauses team activities, games postponed originally appeared on NBC Sports Northwest

A day after suffering a 81-71 loss to Stanford, the Oregon State men's basketball team announced it is pausing team activities due to COVID-19 testing and contact tracing protocols.

That means their road games vs. Utah (Wed.) and Colorado (Sat.) have been postponed.

The Oregon State women’s team halted team activities on Dec. 20 due to COVID-19 protocols, as well. They have postponed five consecutive games.

The Beavs were without senior center Roman Silva as well as assistant coaches Kerry Rupp, Marlon Stewart and Stephen Thompson and grad assistant Seth Yates against Cal and Stanford following COVID-19 testing and contact tracing protocols.

There is no timetable for rescheduling these games.
