Noah Sewell carted off field in third quarter vs. UCLA originally appeared on NBC Sports Northwest
Through two and a half games into his collegiate career, freshman linebacker Noah Sewell was off to an impeccable start at inside linebacker for the Oregon Ducks defense.
The 6’3”, 250-pound linebacker earned the starting inside linebacker spot and has made his presence known all over the field.
Against UCLA on Saturday, Sewell unfortunately got rolled up on in the third quarter and sustained what looked like a significant right leg injury.
He was down for some time and both head coaches, including UCLA head coach Chip Kelly, came out onto the field to check on the linebacker. Sewell was carted off the field at the 5:24 mark in the third quarter.
