Olivia Rodrigo Encourages Fans to Vote in the 2022 Midterms With a Bedazzled Baby Tee
The 2022 midterm elections are just two weeks (!!) away, and celebrities from coast to coast are urging fans to head to the voting booths and make their voice heard. Among them is Olivia Rodrigo — mega superstar and, of course, registered voter — who is using her platform to emphasize the importance of this year’s elections.
On Monday, October 24, the “Deja Vu” singer attended a Glossier event in West Hollywood, California, to launch her new makeup collection. (ICYMI, Olivia announced her partnership with the beauty brand in April 2022.) For the outing, Olivia channeled her signature pop-punk aesthetic with a pleated skirt, fur-trimmed cardigan, knee-high socks, and Mary Jane flats. But the real pièce de résistance is her white baby tee, emblazoned with the word “Vote” in bejeweled cursive lettering.

Olivia even rocked the cute, election-themed tee on her Instagram Stories, where she teamed up with I Am a Voter to remind her fans to register to vote.
“It’s a very important election,” the pop star shared. “One third of the Senate is getting elected, the entire House of Representatives, and a bunch of local leadership positions. And so many really important issues hang in the balance, so if you’re not registered to vote yet, make sure you do it.”
“I’m registered. I thought it was going to be really hard, but it’s super easy and it’s very important,” she continued. “So make sure you’re registered and get out there and vote.”
