Ole Miss rallies late but falls at Georgia

Mar. 5—Ole Miss trailed by 11 with less than three minutes to play Tuesday night at Georgia but scored nine points in a row — the last three on a 3-pointer from junior guard Jaylen Murray — to get the game within a possession with 49 seconds to play. A late layup and free throws from the Bulldogs proved too much in the game's final minute, however, as Georgia defeated the Rebels 69-66.

Ole Miss (20-10, 7-10) has lost seven of its last nine games overall.
