Oklahoma falls to No. 12 in AP poll after losing to Iowa State

Oklahoma‘s loss to Iowa State dropped the Sooners out of the top 10 in the post-Week 6 AP poll.

The Sooners fell all the way to No. 12 from No. 3 after losing at home to a Cyclone team that was a near-four touchdown underdog and started a backup quarterback. Penn State, Georgia and Washington all moved up a spot to complete the top five behind Alabama and Clemson.

Miami moved up two spots to No. 11 after beating Florida State. Michigan, which lost at home to Michigan State, is now No. 17 in the poll after being No. 7 the week before. The Spartans enter the poll at No. 21.

North Carolina State moved up four spots to No. 20 after beating Louisville on Thursday night. Texas Tech and Navy make their first appearances in the top 25 this week while Stanford re-enters at No. 23 after beating previously undefeated Utah. Here’s the full poll:
