OKC Thunder news: Ousmane Dieng, Jaylin Williams recalled from G League’s OKC Blue
The Oklahoma City Thunder announced on Thursday that they have recalled rookie forwards Ousmane Dieng and Jaylin Williams from the G League’s OKC Blue.
In 14 games with the Thunder, Dieng is averaging 4.4 points on 42.4 percent shooting and 2.9 rebounds. In 11 games with the Blue, Dieng is averaging 15.8 points on 45.3 percent shooting, 8.3 rebounds and 4.1 assists.
In six games with the Thunder, Williams is averaging 2.3 points and two rebounds. In 10 games with the Blue, Williams is averaging 14.2 points, 8.5 rebounds and 5.4 assists.
With the Blue having extra time off, Dieng and Williams will likely have extensive trips with the Thunder as they enjoy a seven-game homestand. The Thunder play seven of their remaining eight games in December at home.
