Ohio State stays active in Georgia as they offer a 2024 safety

Earlier today, Ohio State offered Georgia offensive tackle Dontrell Glover. The Buckeyes were not finished with offers in the Peach State or more specifically, Langston Hughes High School.

Safety Jakob Gude was next on their list, as the 2024 safety was also offered a scholarship today. Gude stands 6-foot, 1-inch and weighs 185 pounds, and is also currently unranked by the major recruiting sites.

Like Glover, that should not last long as both of their offer lists are starting to gain traction. Gude only has 13 reported offers but with Alabama, Oregon, and now Ohio State in hand, he will shoot up recruiting boards once updates are made again over the summer.

The offer shows that the Buckeyes are making a concerted effort to recruit Langston Hughes and that they have a roster full of OSU-caliber recruits.
