Official: Browns name Bubba Ventrone special teams coordinator and assistant head coach

The Cleveland Browns have already found their replacement for Mike Priefer after relieving him from his special teams duties on Tuesday. Just two days later, as it has been reported to have been in place since the firing of Priefer, the Browns have named Bubba Ventrone as their new special teams coordinator. Not just that, but Ventrone has also been given the title of assistant head coach as well.

The Browns have put in the work to overhaul their underachieving staff and adding Ventrone and Jim Schwartz in key roles has been an excellent start for their offseason. Now they shift their attention toward adding talent to their roster.
