There’s now only one name ahead of Joe Harris on Nets’ all-time 3-pointers made list

Joe Harris has only one name between him and the Nets’ record for most 3-pointers made by a player while with the franchise. Brooklyn’s sharpshooter moved into second place on the Nets’ all-time 3-pointers made list with his fourth and final 3-pointer of the night on Tuesday as part of his 22-point effort that helped the Nets win 128-124 in Phoenix.

Harris has knocked down 688 3-pointers while with the Nets, moving past former New Jersey Nets guard Kerry Kittles (687). The only name still ahead of Harris on the list? Only the greatest Net of all time, Jason Kidd, with 813.

Harris, who’s under contract with the Nets for three more seasons after this year, needs 126 more 3s to pass Kidd. In 69 games in the COVID-19-shortened 2019-20, he made 172 threes. This year, in 30 games, Brooklyn’s sharpshooter has made 98 3-pointers on 49.4% shooting from deep.
