Notre Dame in NFL: Claypool exits Steelers practice with injury

Former Notre Dame star and current Pittsburgh Steelers standout receiver Chase Claypool was helped off the field at Tuesday’s practice. After suffering an injury both Ben Roethlisberger and tight end Eric Ebron helped Claypool to the bench.

We will continue to follow the story as it develops.

Claypool, the 49th overall pick in the 2020 NFL draft, pulled down nine touchdown receptions as a rookie in 2020 while rushing for two more, and was a stellar contributor to a Steelers team that won the AFC North.
