After his first rehab stint with the Brooklyn Cyclones, Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard discussed how he felt after the outing. Syndergaard said he felt good after throwing one inning but he's been instructed by doctors to not throw slider for the rest of the season so he doesn't put more stress on his healing elbow. He also said he decided to not throw any curveballs as well just to be safe. Noah doesn't know what his role will be moving forward this season but just wants to get back to competing with the team.
