Approaching midseason, the Seahawks are once again in the thick of the playoff race in the NFC. Heading into today’s matchup with the Browns Seattle is in line for the fourth seed in the conference and a win would push their chances of making the postseason up to 70%.

It can be easy to take this for granted – but it’s rare for NFL teams to at least have a shot at the playoffs every single year. While he hasn’t won multiple championships at this level as of yet, Pete Carroll deserves a lot of the credit for keeping this team a contender for as long as he has.
