No. 12 Pittsburgh defeats Lady Vols

Tennessee (6-5) suffered its second consecutive loss Friday.

The Lady Vols were swept, 25-20, 25-21, 25-23, by No. 12 Pittsburgh at Fitzgerald Field House in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

1,423 were in attendance for the Tennessee-Pittsburgh match.

Morgahn Fingall recorded 13 kills, nine digs and one assist for the Lady Vols.

Erykah Lovett posted 11 kills, seven digs and one ace against the Panthers (8-2).

Redshirt freshman Klaudia Pawlik finished the match with six kills, four digs and one block.

Natalie Hayward recorded 34 assists, seven digs and two blocks.

Courtney Buzzerio led Pittsburgh with 14 kills. She also recorded two aces for the Panthers.
