Nicole Kidman kissed 'Big Little Lies' co-star Alexander Skarsgard in front of husband Keith Urban at the Emmys

Nicole Kidman couldn't contain her excitement at Sunday night's 2017 Emmy Awards when her "Big Little Lies" co-star, Alexander Skarsgard, won an Emmy for his work.

So much so, that the actress -- who also won for her role as Celeste in the HBO hit on Sunday night -- smacked a big ol' kiss on Skarsgard's lips to congratulate him before he went up to accept his Emmy. To make the moment even more jarring? Her husband, country singer Keith Urban, was sitting right there watching the whole thing unfold!

Of course, the move was definitely platonic and points more toward Kidman and Skarsgard's tightknit bond after working so intimately together on "Big Little Lies" than to anything else. The esteemed actors partook in some of the year's most harrowing scenes, during which Skarsgard's character physically abuses Kidman's character, his wife.

Regardless, though, seeing two non-married A-listers kiss each other on the lips in front of all of their peers on live television? That definitely doesn't happen every day! Though, judging by his unfazed reaction, Urban didn't mind the move one bit.

Kidman made sure to establish where here true loyalities lie in her acceptance speech, though, when she profusely thanked Urban and their two daughters for the sacrifices they've made in order to let her live out her dreams as an actress.

“I have two little girls, Sunday and Faith, and my darling Keith, who I ask to help me pursue this artistic path and they have to sacrifice so much for it,” Kidman said during her acceptance speech for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series. “So this is yours. I want my little girls to have this on their shelf and to look at it and go, ‘Every time my momma didn't put me to bed, it is because of this.’ I got something.”
