    Devils associate coach Andrew Brunette charged with DUI

    DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- New Jersey Devils associate coach and former Florida Panthers head coach Andrew Brunette was arrested early Wednesday morning in South Florida while driving home from a bar in his golf cart, authorities said. Brunette, 49, was pulled over just blocks from the ocean in the Deerfield Beach area, north of Fort Lauderdale, according to a Broward Sheriff's Office arrest report.

    Maybe all Pavel Zacha needed was a change of scenery. When the Boston Bruins general manager acquired the forward from the New Jersey Devils over the summer in exchange for Erik Haula, it was known Zacha wasn't exactly known for his offensive prowess. Sweeney was confident Zacha, who never quite reached his ceiling with the Devils, would be able to improve his game. “Well, we certainly hope (he can improve offensively),” Sweeney said in August.
