When the Vancouver Canucks took the ice for warm-up on Tuesday night ahead of Game 2 against the Nashville Predators, Tyler Myers wasn't among them. Instead, both Noah Juulsen and Mark Friedman took part in warm-up, giving the Canucks seven defencemen on the ice.
