    The San Jose Sharks should not define success in the 2017-18 season in terms of playoff performance.     Colorado Avalanche to play Prospect Tournament September 9-12

    The San Jose Sharks announced today that they will host the 2017 Prospect Showcase event at their practice facility in San Jose on September 9-12th. Joining them will be last year's showcase participants the Anaheim Ducks and Colorado Avalanche. New to the tournament this year will be the Arizona Coyotes, who previously had joined the LA Kings for their prospect events. Each of the four teams will play one full game against eachother in a round robin style over the four days. The Avalanche schedule is as follows: September 9th: COL vs SJ, 4pm September 11th: COL vs ARZ, 7pm September 12th: COL vs ANH, 12pm Ticket information and rosters will be revealed at a later date. This event was great fun
